Token Plan and Coding Plan are separate subscriptions
Alibaba's July FAQ clarifies that Token Plan (Team Edition) and Coding Plan use separate API keys and base URLs, cover different use cases, and cannot be converted into one another.
Why it matters
Choosing the wrong plan can leave a tool configured with an incompatible key or endpoint. Token Plan is positioned for solo founders, teams, and enterprises; Coding Plan is positioned for individual development.

Compare the plans before buying, then use the dedicated key and base URL issued for the plan you choose.
