Privacy
Privacy
Nfero keeps browsing public and does not sell user data. Live demo requests may be sent to Alibaba-hosted model endpoints to produce responses. Payment, subscription, and account management happen on Alibaba Cloud or Qoder, not on Nfero.
What we collect
Nfero may process page routes, selected model IDs, outbound CTA targets, timestamps, estimated cost, latency, and demo prompts. Time-limited pseudonymous IP identifiers are used for quota and abuse controls; run and usage-event records do not store IP identifiers. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive personal information to public demos.
How we use it
Data is used to operate free demo limits, prevent abuse, debug model access, estimate usage costs, understand which Alibaba routes users choose, and improve the public demo experience.
Cookies and local storage
Nfero uses essential cookies or browser storage for language preference and privacy notice choice. Optional Google Analytics and browser-side usage events are sent only after the visitor accepts analytics in the privacy notice.
Alibaba and partner services
When a live demo is run or an outbound link is clicked, the request may involve Alibaba Cloud, Qoder, MuleRun, or another destination provider. Their own privacy, security, billing, and usage terms apply on their services.
GDPR rights
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to personal data processing. Because Nfero keeps public usage lightweight, requests should include enough context to locate relevant records.
