The plan is personal, limited to one subscription per account and cannot be shared. Alibaba's current documentation says cancellation is not available, so review the purchase terms first.
The current Individual service uses the Singapore region with Global deployment. Alibaba states that cross-border data transfer may occur; review its data terms for your workload.
